Our wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery was specially developed for home solar energy storage system. The battery used the lightest cell and can be mounted on the wall with a battery holder.

48V 150AH LiFePO4 Battery supply the enough power to the home applications , and our battery meet the standard of most inverter and MPPT controller. If you are not sure, you can tell us the information of the inverter and controller you are using and we will custom the right battery to you.

 

BMS（Battery Management System）

It is an electronic system allowing the control and the charge of the different elements of a storage battery. The BMS built into each battery ensures that the battery is protected from improper handling. It switches the battery in case of under voltage or overload, and turns on automatically as soon as the problem is fixed.* Protection of the cell against under voltage by cutting the
load over time.
* Protection of the cell against over voltages by reducing the charging current or by stopping the charging process.
* System shutdown in case of overheating.
* Battery charging is stopped at low temperature.

 

SUPPORT ALL IN ONE SMART COMMUNICATION FUNCTION

Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols. We can also customize the communication content according to the confirmation which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.

As a 12 year-old store engaged in the battery business, we are responsible for our customers and our brand.

Using only A grade cells, the cycle life can up to 6500-8000 times: 10AH/ 25AH/ 30AH/ 50AH/ 100AH/ 200AH...
1> Our batteries are the primary source of supply from the original cells manufacturer, battery cells are paired and distributed before outgoing, and can be assembled directly.
2> Through a number of certification and testing, quality assurance.
3> There are two types of pouch cells and prismatic cells. The pouch cells: lighter, cheaper, and easy to customized in special sizes. The prismatic cells: not easily deformed , stable performance, mature market, more popular at present.

P2: Jak często ładuje się akumulator?
A2: Zazwyczaj ładowanie akumulatora trwa 2 miesiące; pełne naładowanie akumulatora zależy od używanego prądu ładowarki. Ładowarka 20 A może naładować akumulator 12 V 100 Ah w ciągu 5 godzin, szybka ładowarka 50 A w ciągu 2 godzin.

P3: Jaki jest czas realizacji zamówienia próbki i dostawy hurtowej? Jak długo mogę go otrzymać?
A3: Fast delivery: If small quantity, can be finished in 3-5 days days after payment, bulk in 10-25 days depends on the quantity
Wysyłka: zamówienie próbki lub małych zestawów baterii, wysyłamy ekspresowo za pośrednictwem FedEx, UPS, TNT itp. W przypadku przesyłek o wadze powyżej 50 kg, możliwa jest wysyłka lotnicza lub morska – wysyłka morska jest tańsza. Klient może podać nazwę najbliższego lotniska i portu morskiego, aby sprzedawca mógł wybrać najlepszą opcję.

P4. Jaka jest Wasza gwarancja?
A4: We offer 10 years warranty for all our battery pack for different situation. We ensure at least 3500 cycle life for the
LiFePO4 battery pack, which means you can use it for at least 10 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

P5: Czy mogę dostosować rozmiar baterii?
A5: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ workable.

P6. Czy możemy samodzielnie połączyć równolegle lub szeregowo różne pakiety akumulatorów LiFePO4?
A6: Tak. Klienci mogą łączyć akumulatory równolegle lub szeregowo. Jest jednak kilka wskazówek, na które należy zwrócić uwagę;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> Nie umieszczaj rozładowanej baterii i rozładowanej baterii równolegle. Może to zmniejszyć pojemność całego zestawu baterii.
3> Poinformuj nas o docelowej pojemności całego zestawu, jeśli chcesz umieścić je w serii. Do każdej baterii dobierzemy odpowiedni BMS.
4> Jeśli nie jesteś profesjonalnym akumulatorem równoległym i szeregowym, nie obsługuj baterii samodzielnie. Może to spowodować niebezpieczeństwo i zaszkodzić cyklowi życia baterii.

A7: Tak, nasz zestaw akumulatorów zawiera BMS. Można go używać tylko do samochodów o niskiej prędkości lub jako zasilanie pomocnicze do standardowych samochodów. Nie należy go używać bezpośrednio do standardowych samochodów, ponieważ wymagałoby to bardziej złożonego systemu BMS.
